Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

My son and I come once a week. The food is good and the staff is friendly and quick. Very satisfied. - We came in on Halloween this year. They were busier than any restaurant should be and it took some time to get our order, but I was impressed with how well they were handling the insane workload. I've worked food service enough to know how difficult it can be just keeping a positive attitude in those circumstances. These guys are awesome and we plan to keep coming in every week. They deserve all the praise I can give. They get 100/5 stars.

Every time I go there, the workers have been quick and fantastic to work with. I love that I can get a gluten free and dairy free pizza with whatever toppings I want for a decent price. Papa Murphy's is a pretty frequent go to for us.

I'm no expert, but I'm fairly certain that this isn't what a pizza is supposed to look like. Very thick pile of ingredients in the middle that I had to spread out by hand after adding additional sauce to the large area which didn't have any. Edit: I don't know if this will add any personal accountability, but my "host" was Katie.

Worst experience I have had with a pizza company. I said repeatedly on the phone that I wanted a calzone with veggies and a large cheese pizza. I even asked him to repeat the order and I said no I want the calzone. When I got there they had the entire order wrong and gave me a large veggie and large cheese, I have witness that were with me. But thanks for the cocky attitude and denying what I said that wears a blue hat. Please they rip you off and they always are chatting it up laughing giggling. But I guess you don’t care about your own customers. I would give this a -10

I called and ordered my food at 7:15pm when I got there at 7:45 the door was closed they wouldn’t open it and they were cleaning getting ready to leave. I thought you guys close at 8. Go somewhere else where they are going to treat their customers respectful and kind. They were laughing as I tried to tell them at the door I just ordered on the phone at 7:14 and they just nodded their head no and ignored me after that.
